Users receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Attempt fraud or engage in deceptive practices

Payment Terms

We accept payment via invoices, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination

Knowbl reserves the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice or liability for any reason, including violation of these terms. We may delete accounts and associated content without warning. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to the following process:

1. Informal Negotiation: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for a minimum of 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washtenaw County, Michigan, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Knowbl disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWBL'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:

• The amounts paid by you to Knowbl in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or
• $10,000 USD

In no event shall Knowbl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
